Parin is a motivated Criminal Law Paralegal who supports solicitors at all stages of criminal proceedings.
He plays an integral role in the day-to-day management of criminal cases, assisting with case preparation, evidence review, and client liaison. His work regularly involves handling sensitive client matters, conducting prison visits, managing case documentation, and liaising with courts, prisons, counsel, and third parties to ensure matters progress efficiently and accurately.
Through this hands-on experience, Parin has developed a strong practical understanding of criminal defence procedures and the importance of professional, client-focused representation. He supports cases from the police station stage through to Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court proceedings, providing essential assistance to solicitors and advocates.
Parin holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from Queen Mary University of London and a Bachelor of Commerce and Laws (B.Com LL.B (Hons.)). His academic background has strengthened his legal research, drafting, and analytical skills, which he applies directly to criminal casework.
Committed to progressing within the UK legal profession, Parin is an SQE1 candidate and continues to develop his knowledge and practical experience within criminal law.
